On monday, the 9th of May 2011, finally a project has been carried through that had been started already more than one year ago: a Skype debate between Argentines and Europeans, in this case with the students of the Catholic faculty Mons, FUCAM, Belgium. The debate was conducted in the following way: The Belgians asked a question about Argentina and the Argentines answered. After that, it was up to the Argentines to ask and to the Belgians to answer. The debate took an hour more or less. The hard preparatory work was worth it. Everything worked perfectly: the internet connection between Europe and Argentina, the electronic devices as well as the cooperation between the participants. Everybody had his own tasks and did them very well and conscientiously. It was a good example for teamwork. The success of the project could also be seen in the questionnaires that the Argentines filled out afterwards. The only comment what could be better the next time was that “there should be more time to ask all their questions”!.
